Counselling is an opportunity for you to take some time out and talk about what is happening in your life.
Sometimes it is difficult to say what is on your mind but being in a non-judgemental environment can be hugely beneficial for many people.
Counselling can help you resolve specific problems and help you make your own decisions.
It can also help you deal with phobias, stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, abuse, divorce or separation, conflict with others, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationships, and many other issues affecting emotional and mental well-being.
Counselling is not…
… about others, it is about you and therefore the session will be focused on you.
Counselling does not involve giving advice or prescribing solutions to problems because the aim is to help you make your own choices and decisions and in turn, run your life the way you want it, not to have it run for you.
